To know how many applicants are coming from Impactpool you can enable Applicant Tracking in the settings of your employer account. Once enabled, this will add UTM tracking tags to the Apply button clicks for your job ads.
If you need to use custom non-UTM tags, you can add additional tags too as key-value pairs
Be sure to add the UTM code to your ATS for tracking purposes
